Embodiment Construction

[0025] The present invention is described in further detail below in conjunction with embodiment.

[0026] A photocatalyst spray, comprising the following components in parts by weight: 5 to 10 parts of nano photocatalyst material, 0.5 to 1 part of organic acid root rare earth salt, 2 to 5 parts of modified carbon nanotubes, 30 to 60 parts of water-based polyurethane, 10-20 parts of ethanol and 100-200 parts of water.

[0027] Prepared by the following steps:

[0028] (a) 5-10 parts by weight of nano-photocatalyst material, 0.5-1 part of organic acid root rare earth salt, and 2-5 parts of modified carbon nanotubes are mixed, and the powder is added in a weight ratio of 1-5:1 Organic solvent, stirred in a ball mill at a rate of 200-2000rpm for 0.5-3h at room temperature to form a mixed powder of photocatalyst-coated adsorbent;

[0029] (b) Add the mixed powder formed in step (a) to 30-60 parts of water-based polyurethane, 10-20 parts of ethanol and 50-100 parts of water, mix ...

Abstract

The invention discloses a photocatalyst spray. The photocatalyst spray comprises 5-10 parts of a photocatalyst nano-material, 0.5-1 part of rare earth salt of an organic acid radial, 2-5 parts of modified carbon nanotubes, 30-60 parts of water-based polyurethane, 10-20 parts of ethanol and 100-200 parts of water. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the spray. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1, mixing 5-10 parts by weight of the photocatalyst nano-material, 0.5-1 part by weight of the rare earth salt of an organic acid radial and 2-5 parts by weight of the modified carbon nanotubes, adding an organic solvent to the above obtained powder according to a weight ratio of the organic solvent to the powder of (1-5):1, and stirring the powder and the organic solvent in a ball mill at room temperature at a rate of 200-2000 rpm for 0.5-3 h to form photocatalyst coated adsorbent mixed powder; 2, adding the mixed powder obtained in step 1 to 30-60 parts of the water-based polyurethane, 10-20 parts of the ethanol and 50-100 parts of the water, fully mixing above substances, and carrying out ultrasonic dispersion for 2-3 h while stirring at a rate of 500-2000 rpm until the substances are uniformly; and 3, adding the remaining water, and uniformly mixing all above substances to obtain the finished photocatalyst spray. The photocatalyst spray has high activity, and has a smaller dosage when reaching the same effect of the photocatalyst nano-material.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to coatings, in particular to a preparation method of a photocatalyst spray with high activity and less use of nanometer photocatalyst materials with the same effect. Background technique [0002] Human beings spend about 50% of their time in the indoor environment of buildings, so the quality of the environment will directly affect people's health and home life. But in reality, due to the use of interior decoration materials, air pollution in living places has been caused. According to research by relevant international organizations, 30% of the world's new and rebuilt buildings have indoor air pollution that is harmful to health. Microbial bacteria and harmful gases floating in the air are harmful to people's life and health. The indoor air purification products we can see in the market can be divided into: physical adsorption type, chemical type, ionization type, and traditional spray type. Using these methods can clean the ...
