Abstract

The invention further provides the extraction and separation method for the novel alkaloid compound, which sequentially adopts water decoction for extraction, extraction in ethyl acetate, silica gel column chromatography, ODS (octadecylsilyl) medium-pressure column, purification by Sephadex LH-20 and liquid phase separation for preparation. The structure is determined as a novel alkaloid compound by adopting UV (ultraviolet), <1>H, NMR (nuclear magnetic resonance), <13>C NMR and two-dimensional NMR spectrum analysis methods.
