The preparation method includes steps of firstly, smelting the natural rubber, the chloroprene rubber, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, and zinc oxide, and acquiring first section glue; then adding stearic acid, sulphur, and accelerant and smelting for 1-2 min; adding gum easy T-78, tackifier, anti-aging agent, and filling agent, and continuing to smelt for 3-4 min; discharging glue, and acquiring the high-elastic glue. The high-elastic glue is applied to a middle layer of the inflatable solid tire, thus the tire has good damping and buffering performances, and also has a certain anti-fatigue performance; thus the service life and the use safety of the solid tire are greatly prolonged; the high-elastic glue has good application value.
