Abstract

The invention relates to oligopeptide self-assembling hydrogel with the esterase activity. Oligopeptide can promote oligopeptide self-assembling by the ionic reaction in a PBS (polybutylene succinate) buffer solution so as to form the colorless transparent hydrogel. The hydrogel can simulate a natural enzyme to carry out catalysis on 2,4-dinitrophenyl ester and p-nitrophenyl ester with short-chain fatty acid. After a catalytic reaction is completed, the hydrogel can be washed and recycled by the buffer solution. Compared with conventional acid-base catalysis, the catalytic reaction of the hydrogel is mild in condition and can be carried out under the conditions of neutral pH, the normal temperature and the normal pressure, and the hydrogel is easy to recover for use. The self-assembling oligopeptide disclosed by the invention is easy to synthesize, simple in ingredient and structure and easy for substance purification, can simulate the catalyzing process of the enzyme, and provides a novel research tool for research of the catalyzing process of the enzyme, identification of the enzyme and the substrate and the like.
