The method includes the steps of: putting tomato seeds in clear water and selecting full tomato seeds; using a mixed disinfectant liquid to perform disinfection treatment; washing the disinfected tomato seeds with clear water and performing airing; soaking the aired seeds in a seed soaking agent for 2-6h; subjecting the soaked tomato seeds to ultraviolet treatment; placing the tomato seeds in a culture dish to undergo germination accelerating treatment; stirring the tomato seeds subjected to germination accelerating treatment with modified soil evenly according to a mass ratio of 1:4, and putting the mixture in a constant temperature culture chamber for culture till germination. According to the invention, the tomato seeds have fast germination speed, high budding rate and evenly growing bud seedlings, after transplantation into field, the seedlings have few diseases and pests and a developed root system, the transplantation survival rate is high, and the tomato yield is increased.
