Take 5.0g of nano-Fe-Nb-Cu-B and add it into the beaker, and stir mechanically (with a glass rod) for 5min. The mixture was sonicated for 30 min and stirred in due course. Raise the temperature to 85˚C, add hydrochloric acid dropwise to adjust the pH value to 6-7, and form a precipitate. While magnetically separating, wash the precipitate with deionized water for 3-4 times. Then, the precipitate was dispersed in 250 mL of methanol. The above process is repeated thre...

Abstract

The invention provides a Fe-Nb-Cu-B nanometer probe based method for screening a traditional Chinese medicine inhibitor of anaerobic bacteria, and belongs to the field of traditional Chinese medicine development and application technology. The method for screening a traditional Chinese medicine formula for inhibiting anaerobic bacteria is established depending on preparation of a Fe-Nb-Cu-B nanometer probe. The characteristic that the paramagnetic Fe-Nb-Cu-B nanometer probe which is coated by antibodies can carry out specific binding with a target bacterium is used, influence of paramagnetic properties of Fe-Nb-Cu-B on relaxation time of nuclear magnetic resonance is used, in order to detect whether the target bacterium is contained in a sample. The relaxation time of nuclear magnetic resonance of the paramagnetic Fe-Nb-Cu-B nanometer probe in certain extent displays a linear relation, that is the more content of nanometer Fe-Nb-Cu-B, the smaller nuclear magnetic resonance spin-crystal lattice relaxation time and spin-spin relaxation time values of the sample the target bacterium can be quantitatively determined in a certain scope, and antibacterial effect of the traditional Chinese medicine formula can be indirectly evaluated. The method can be used for screening traditional Chinese medicine formula which has inhibition effects for anaerobic bacteria, and accelerating development speed of traditional Chinese medicine products.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a screening method of traditional Chinese medicine formula. Background technique [0002] Antibiotics can also cause damage to the human body while sterilizing bacteria, affecting liver, kidney function, and gastrointestinal tract reactions. Abuse of antibiotics may lead to the occurrence of drug resistance in some bacteria, and the treatment of infections will become very difficult. At present, there is almost no antimicrobial drug without drug resistance. It is of positive significance to develop traditional Chinese medicines and formulas with antibacterial effects. [0003] Many traditional Chinese medicines and prescription medicines have antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects, and the active ingredients and molecular structures of some Chinese herbal medicines have also been fully or partially studied. For example, berberine (berberine), the main component of Coptis chinensis and Phellodendron phellodendron for dys...
