Abstract

The invention discloses a lubricating liquid for assembling a solid tire and a preparation method. The lubricating liquid is prepared from the following component: mineral base oil, lithium-based lubricating grease, glyceryl oleate, a corrosion inhibitor, a bactericide and anti-mildew agent, an emulsifying agent, an antioxidant and water. The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, extracting the bactericide and anti-mildew agent, and performing freeze drying to obtain freeze-dried powder; placing the mineral base oil in a reaction kettle of 30 to 40 DEG C, adding the components in sequence, uniformly mixing, cutting and dispersing to obtain the lubricating liquid. After the lubricating liquid is applied to mounting and assembling of the solid tire, a better lubricating effect can be achieved, and wear of the tire and deformation of a rim are prevented effectively; the lubricating liquid has a higher application value.
