By reasonably utilizing a flame retardant and a ratio scheme obtained through multiple experiments, flame-retardant fiber reinforced plastic with relatively low cost is manufactured, the properties of the glass fiber reinforced plastic is guaranteed, and meanwhile, the potential risk on the spontaneous combustion of a vehicle body is effectively prevented; and the fiber reinforced plastic is wide in application range and has the advantages of high strength, good cracking resistance, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, economy and environmental friendliness. Dibutyl phthalate in the lining layer is an excellent flexibilizer, has a good softening effect and is superior to common flexibilizers in the performance of stability, deflection resistance, water repellency and the like; graphite powder has specially sensitive chemical properties and has very good lubricating property, plasticity, thermal shock resistance and stability when being used as a filling; and by utilizing talcum powder as a thixotropic agent, the consistence of a prepared product is increased.
