Abstract

The invention proposes an iron-ore-suspension-furnace-inside real-time pressure and particle concentration measuring device and a method, wherein the device comprises a gas supply system, a continuous material supply system, a reduction furnace, and a pressure acquiring and processing system. The side wall of the furnace body of the reduction furnace is provided with a pressure sensor, and the furnace body is provided therein with a wind-distribution plate which divides the inside of the furnace body into a reduction chamber and a wind chamber. The pressure acquiring and processing system comprises an NI data acquiring card and a computer. The method comprises: 1) using mineral powder to form material seal on the wind distribution plate; 2) adding the mineral powder into the reduction chamber of the reduction furnace and having the air compressor communicated with air; 3) determining that the system runs stable when the solid flow rate for discharged materials is identical to that for the incoming materials; 4) starting the computerized LabVIEW software for measurement; and 5) through the solution of the absolute pressure value, seeking the static pressure difference and calculating the concentration of solid particles. According to the invention, it is possible to accurately measure the real-time pressure at every position inside the reduction furnace as well as the average concentration of some parts of particles. The device is simple and economic and can be operated conveniently. In addition, the device is also timely and synchronous.
