Abstract

The invention discloses a super-tough and brake fluid-resistant ASB/PBT alloy material and a preparation method thereof. The alloy material contains the following components in percentage by weight: 45wt%-66wt% of ABS resin, 30wt%-40wt% of PBT resin, 1wt%-4wt% of a compatilizer, 0-2wt% of a compatilizer synergist, 2wt%-8wt% of a flexibilizer and 0.6wt%-1.8wt% of other aids. By virtue of PMMA-cooperated SAG compatibilization, the interfacial strength of the alloy is enhanced, the shock resistance of the material is increased, and the use amount of the compatilizer is decreased; by utilizing EBA as the flexibilizer, the shock resistance of the material is increased, and meanwhile, the liquidity of the material is improved; and by adjusting the proportion of the flexibilizer so as to adjust the fusion index of the alloy material, the alloy material can meet different processing conditions of injection molding of a battery shell. The obtained ASB/PBT alloy material simultaneously has the characteristics of ABS and PBT and further has the characteristics of high shock resistance, excellent brake fluid resistance, stable dimension, adjustable liquidity and the like, and the comprehensive performance of the ASB/PBT is improved. A processing process comprises the steps of mixing, fusion extrusion, granulation, drying and the like. A preparation process is simple and suitable for being applied to batch production.
