Problems solved by technology

[0004] However, the conventional compounding cannot obtain sufficient weather resistance, and performances such as thermal stability and color resistance to prevent discoloration to yellow are not sufficient.
Furthermore, in the case of using for transparent products requiring transparency, there is also a problem that sufficient transparency cannot be obtained.

[0187]

[0188]The rigid vinyl chloride-based resin composition for transparent products of the present invention was obtained by blending the complexes described in the following Table 1. The following compound No. 1 was used as (C)component in an Example. The obtained resin composition was roll kneaded on the conditions of 190 degreeC x 30 rpm x 0.6 mm x 3 minutes, and the sheet|seat was produced.

[0189] The obtained sheet was placed in a gear oven at 190° C. and 200° C., and as a , the blackening time (minutes) was measured. The results are shown in Table 1.

[0190] Furthermore, the 0.6-mm-thick sheets obtained above were bonded together and press-processed at 190 degreeC for 5 minutes, and the 1-mm-thick sheet was produced. Furthermore, the 0.6-mm-thick sheets obtained above were bonded together and press-processed at 190 degreeC for 30 minutes, and the 1-mm-thick sheet was produced.

[0191] Using these sheets, , , and were performed by the following methods. Th...

[0237]

[0238] The flexible vinyl chloride-based resin composition for transparent products of the present invention was obtained by blending the complexes described in Table 3 below. In an Example, the compound No. 1 used in the said Example 1 and 2 was used as (C)component. The obtained resin composition was roll kneaded on the conditions of 160 degreeC x 30 rpm x 0.7 mm x 5 minutes, and the sheet|seat was produced. The obtained sheets with a thickness of 0.7 mm were bonded together and pressed at 180° C. for 5 minutes to prepare a sheet with a thickness of 1 mm.

[0239] Using this sheet, was performed by the following method. The results are shown in Table 3.

[0240] As a comparative example, a comparative test was performed in the same manner as in Example 3 using the formulations described in Table 3. The results are shown in Table 3. In the comparative example, instead of the compound No. 1 which is the component (C) of Example 3, the above-mentioned comparativ...

Abstract

The present invention provides: a vinyl chloride-based resin composition having excellent weather resistance, discoloration resistance and heat resistance and also having excellent transparency; and a molded article produced using the vinyl chloride-based resin composition. More specifically, the present invention provides a vinyl chloride-based resin composition which contains a component (A) that is an organic acid zinc salt, a component (B) that is a [beta]-diketone compound and a component (C) that is at least one triazine-type compound represented by general formula (1) in amounts of 0.01 to 10.0 parts by mass, 0.01 to 10.0 parts by mass and 0.01 to 20.0 parts by mass, respectively, relative to 100 parts by mass of a vinyl chloride-based resin. (In general formula (1), R1 to R3 independently represent a linear or branched alkyl group having 1 to 12 carbon atoms, or the like; and R4 to R6 independently represent an alkyl group having 1 to 8 carbon atoms, or the like.)

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a vinyl chloride-based resin composition. Specifically, it relates to a vinyl chloride-based resin composition excellent in weather resistance and coloring resistance. Background technique [0002] Vinyl chloride-based resins can be used in various applications ranging from agricultural sheets to building materials such as window frames because they are hard and can be easily adjusted by using a plasticizer. [0003] However, vinyl chloride-based resins are known to have disadvantages in terms of stability against light or heat, and are known to easily cause decomposition mainly due to dehydrohalogenation during thermoforming or product use. Therefore, attempts have been made to improve the stability of vinyl chloride-based resins by blending various stabilizers such as heat stabilizers, stabilizing aids, antioxidants, and ultraviolet absorbers. Among them, in order to impart weather resistance, ultraviolet absorbers a...
