Abstract

The invention discloses a monoclonal antibody against CTRP4 protein and application thereof. The monoclonal antibody is secreted by a hybridoma cell strain 33 or 35, wherein the accession number of the hybridoma cell strain 33 is CGMCC No. 14307, and the accession number of the hybridoma cell strain 35 is CGMCC No. 14308. The monoclonal antibody secreted by the two hybridoma cell strains can specifically bind to the CTRP4 protein, realizes high-accuracy and high-specificity identification of endogenous CTRP4 protein, and is capable of detecting the expression of CTRP4 in tissue and cells via an immunoblotting method, immunofluorescence method or immunohistochemical method.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a monoclonal antibody in the technical field of immunoglobulin in immunology, in particular to an anti-CTRP4 monoclonal antibody and its application. Background technique [0002] CTRP4 is the fourth member of C1q / TNF-related protein superfamily (C1q and tumor necrosis factor related protein superfamilies, CTRPs). This family was named by Lodish et al. in 2004 when they cloned the homologous gene of adiponectin species. At present, 15 members (CTRP1~CTRP15) have been found, which are identified together with adiponectin, leptin and resistin. Collectively referred to as the adipocytokine superfamily. CTRP4 is a new adipocyte factor discovered by our laboratory in cooperation with the National Human Genome Northern Center through bioinformatics and high-throughput screening platforms. In 2011, we published the first article reporting C1q / TNF related protein 4 (CTRP4 / C1q / TNF related protein 4, CTRP4) in the world. Through N-term...
