Abstract

A method for purification and preparation of a dolantin standard substance used for courtroom scientific drug detection is disclosed. The method includes (1) detecting purity of dolantin in a captured dolantin sample, with the captured dolantin sample the dolantin mass percentage of which is greater than or equal to 70 wt% being adopted as a raw material for purification and preparation of the dolantin standard substance; and (2) preparing the dolantin standard substance by utilizing high performance liquid chromatography. The dolantin obtained by the method is confirmed by nuclear magnetic resonance, liquid chromatogram-tandem mass spectrometry and infrared spectroscopic analysis, the purity value of the dolantin obtained by the method is determined by liquid chromatography and gas chromatography, and impurities unresponsive to chromatography are measured. According to requirements on standard substance preparation, stability, uniformity, a definite value, and total uncertainty estimation of the prepared standard substance meet related regulations and reach expected indexes.
