Embodiment 1

[0016] The silt sample of a lake has a plastic limit of 27.18%, a liquid limit of 48.17%, and a specific gravity of 2.31. The water content of the dredged silt is about 2 times the liquid limit.

[0017] Inoculate Bacillus pasteurianus (ATCC 11859) into liquid medium and cultivate to OD at 30°C 600 The bacterial solution after =1.0 was used as the microbial agent. The components of the liquid medium used were: tryptone 15g, peptone 5g, NaCl 5g, urea 20g, distilled water 1L, pH 7.3.

[0018] Take 3000g of dredged silt, mix it with 120g of urea, 222g of calcium chloride and 130mL of bacterial agent, stir evenly, and maintain it in a natural environment until the water content drops to 30% (microbial solidification group), use standard 61.8mm*2mm and 61.8mm *4mm ring knife excavated soil samples are used for direct shear test and standard consolidation test. And with the sample that has not been solidified by microorganisms, that is, 3000g dredged silt and 130mL distilled wate...

Abstract

The invention discloses a microbial solidification method for dredged sludge and belongs to the field of dredged sludge solidification. The method comprises the following steps that urea, calcium chloride and bacillus pasteurii liquid are added into the dredged sludge and then stirred to be uniform, and maintenance is conducted in a natural environment or the solidification is accelerated through pre-pressure drainage, wherein in the method, according to the relation between the addition amount of the urea, the calcium chloride and the bacillus pasteurii liquid and the amount of the dredged sludge, 40 g of urea, 70 g of calcium chloride and 40 mL of bacillus pasteurii liquid are added into every 1 kg of dredged sludge; or the concentration of the added urea is 0.1-1 mol/L, the concentration of the added calcium chloride is 0.1-1 mol/L, the addition amount of the bacillus pasteurii liquid is 1/50-1/5 of the water content of the dredged sludge. While making the soil mass cemented and enhancing the strength of the soil mass, the calcium carbonate generated through the induction of bacillus pasteurii can form drainage channels in the sludge so as to improve the permeability of the sludge; therefore, the water is quickly discharged under the action of external pressure, and the solidification time is shortened.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of dredging sludge solidification, in particular to a microbial solidification method for dredging sludge. Background technique [0002] Silt refers to the porridge-like and flow-plastic substances produced by river and lake dredging, which are mainly clay particles, have high water content, and basically have no strength. At present, the dredging of river and lake silt in our country mostly adopts the suction stirring method, and placing the silt produced by suction and stirring in the yard is one of the main methods of dredging silt treatment at the present stage. Due to the limitations of urban planning and construction and geographical factors, most cities often cannot provide a large amount of land for silt storage. Therefore, the drainage and consolidation of silt is accelerated to make its physical and mechanical properties meet the requirements of engineering soil, thereby quickly transforming silt storage int...
