Abstract

The invention discloses a modification method of relief effects on leather surface. The modification method of the relief effects on the leather surface utilizes the following raw materials which are proportioned in the following parts by weight: 15-25 parts of propyl polyacrylate, 10-20 parts of polyurethane acrylate, 30-40 parts of alkoxy acrylate, 5-10 parts of a photosensitizer, 1-3 parts of an antioxidant, 0.5-1 part of a leveling agent, 0.2-0.8 part of a dispersing agent, and 10-15 parts of pigments. By adopting mixed esters, including the propyl polyacrylate, the polyurethane acrylate and the alkoxy acrylate, the modification method of the relief effects on the leather surface is capable of effectively improving strength of membranous substances and chromaticity of printing ink on surface of the leather; moreover, the photosensitizer can be solidified under the action of ultraviolet effects so as to realize repeatable printing to form relief effects, and thus, three-dimensional effect is achieved. The modification method of the relief effects on the leather surface is simple in operations and low in cost, and thus, the modification method is suitable for surface modification of various leather products.
