The ice-cream cream is prepared from the following ingredients in percentage by weight: 0.1 to 0.3 percent of carbomer, 2 to 4 percent of sorbitan stearate (and) sorbitan laurate, 1 to 3 percent of acrylic acid (ester) type / beheneth-25 methacrylate copolymers, 4 to 8 percent of myristyl lactate, 4 to 8 percent of myristyl myristate, 4 to 8 percent of stearyl heptanoate (and) octadecyl octanoate, a proper number of neutralizers and the balance water. The ice-cream cream is a cream body with the advantages that the appearance is very thick; the skin feeling is moisturized; the cream thaws after application.
