The apparatus for manufacturing dichlorohydrin comprises at least a reactor, a thermal coupled distillation unit, a first phase splitter and a first water supplier, wherein, the thermal coupled distillation unit is connected to at least one reactor; the first phase splitter is connected to the top of the hermal coupled distillation unit to form a first water- phase product and a first organic phase product comprising dichlorohydrin in the first phase splitter; and the first water supplier is connected to the first phase splitter.
