The method comprises the steps of adding a mixed salt solution containing specific components to a suspension of the solid particle, carrying out hydroxide co-precipitation on the mixed salt solution on the surface of the solid particle to obtain the solid particle coated with coprecipitate, and sintering the solid particle coated with the coprecipitate to obtain the solid particle with the coating layer, wherein the components of the coating layer can be freely designed according to the requirements; the components of the coating layer are controlled through controlling the proportions of various solute elements in the mixed salt solution; and the thickness of the coating layer is controlled through controlling the amount of the solutes in the mixed salt solution and the proportion of the amount of the solid particle in the suspension. The thickness and the components of the coating layer prepared through the method are controllable and the material performance is stable.
