Abstract

The invention provides a liquid or gel electrical impedance measurement system and an information acquisition method and belongs to the fields of an electronic information technology, a biological medicine technology and a mechanical device and the like. The system comprises an electrical impedance test box, an electrical impedance measurement device and a microprocessor. A liquid or a gel is put in the electrical impedance test box. Through leads of two sides of the electrical impedance test box, an impedance test apparatus or a corresponding impedance test system is accessed into so that an impedance value, a conductivity and a dielectric constant value of the corresponding liquid or the gel are acquired. The method comprises the following steps of mixing solutions or the gels with different concentrations; testing electrical impedance values under the different concentrations respectively; then through a curve fitting mode, acquiring a matching relation between the concentration and an impedance; and then, through bringing in a specific concentration value, acquiring the corresponding impedance value. In the invention, limitations that the liquid or the gel possesses liquidity and a shape is irregular are overcome and a disadvantage that electrode access is non-uniform during a test process is avoided; accuracy of liquid or gel electrical impedance measurement is increased; and calculating efficiency of electrical characteristic indexes of the conductivity of a tested object and the like are improved.
