Problems solved by technology

[0002] Rice seeds usually need to be soaked and accelerated germination before sowing. At present, the method of soaking seeds and accelerating germination is mainly: first put the selected seeds into salt water for disinfection, and then wash them and soak them in clean water. Add thallizic acid, hydrogen peroxide and other agents as progerin to promote seed germination, and then sprinkle the seeds with broken breasts and white seeds in the field to grow. During the process of germination and emergence, the seeds are easy to be pecked by birds, resulting in serious lack of seedlings.
[0003] In order to ensure the emergence of seedlings, it is usually used to increase the sowing rate or treat the seeds with chemicals before sowing. Commonly used chemicals are chemical reagents containing carbosulfan and other ingredients, but the reagent itself is relatively toxic, which not only harms birds, but also pollute the environment and cause adverse effects on the ecology

Abstract

The invention discloses a rice seed treating method capable of improving the germination rate of rice, belonging to the field of plantation of paddy rice. The method comprises the following steps: selecting plump seeds without any damage, naturally drying the seeds until a water content is 12 to 14% and carrying out ultraviolet sterilization at 20 to 25 DEG C under an enclosed condition so as to obtain aseptic seeds; soaking the aseptic seeds in a seed soaking solution at 13 to 17 DEG C for 5 to 8 d, and then putting the seeds into a germinating agent with a temperature of 25 to 32 DEG C for germination acceleration for 15 to 25 h until the seeds are broken and white sprouts extend out, wherein the seed soaking solution comprises hydrogen peroxide with a concentration of 2 to 15% and potassium nitrate with a concentration of 0.01 to 0.07%, and the germinating agent comprises graphene oxide with a mass concentration of 0.001 to 0.01%; and adding a bird-repelling agent into the seeds having undergone germination acceleration, carrying out seeding at 20 to 25 DEG C, allowing the seeds to grow for 3 to 7 d, then allowing temperature to drop to 15 to 20 DEG C, sprinkling a growth inhibitor with a concentration of 0.1 to 1.5% and carrying out culture for 5 to 10 d. The method provided by the invention can improve the germination rate and seedling emergence amount of seeds.
