The fingerling production technology comprises the following steps: performing artificial insemination 24 hours afterinjecting an oxytocic, and collecting a fertilized ovum to perform heat shock and electric shock combined treatment; standing the fertilized ovum in cold running water at the temperature of 9-10 DEGC for 10-20 minutes; treating at the temperature of 18-20 DEG C for 10-12 minutes, and performing electric shock treatment for 15-20 minutes under 20-25 DEG C and alternating current of 5-8V so as toobtain a triploid rainbow trout fertilized ovum; putting the fertilized ovum into a hatching barrel, hatching by using running water at flow velocity of 0.4m / s of the fertilized ovum before deciduation and at flow velocity of 0.2m / s of the fertilized ovum after deciduation, and breeding triploid rainbow trout fingerlings. The fingerling production technology for performing two-step shock treatmentis researched in the invention.
