The method comprises the following steps of 1, measuring color coordinates and a luminous flux of single-color fluorescent powder in the fluorescent powder color wheel by adopting an integrating sphere, and determining an angle ratio of color sections of the fluorescent powder color wheel; 2, by using known conditions in the step 1, calculating out a tristimulus value of mixed white light; 3, according to a relationship between the tristimulus value of the mixed white light and the colorcoordinates, obtaining color coordinates of the mixed white light by conversion; 4, according to a relationship between the color coordinates of the mixed white light and a color temperature, calculating out a color temperature value of the mixed white light; and 5, by using the known conditions in the step 1, calculating out a luminous flux value of the mixed white light. The color coordinates,the color temperature value and the luminous flux value of the mixed white light can be accurately calculated; by adjusting the angle ratio of the color sections of the fluorescent powder color wheel,the color sections of the fluorescent powder can be effectively utilized; efficient and high-color-gamut requirements are met; and the efficiency and the service life of an optical system are improved and prolonged.
