Abstract

The invention relates to a preparation method of a whitening toner, and belongs to the field of cosmetics. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) uniformly mixing weakly alkaline tourmaline, hexacyclic stone and germanite, adding an obtained mixture to double-distilled water, and conducting pulse ultrasonic processing by a power of 1200-1500W/L at 30-50 DEG C for 1-2h, so that activated mineral water is obtained; (2) adding a snow lotus herb extract, a patrinia villosa juss extract, bitter melon juice, PEG-20 methyl glucose sesquistearate, iso-octyl palmitate and EDTA-2Na to the activated mineral water, and conducting uniformly stirring and heating to 80 DEG C; (3) uniformly mixing glycerol, cyclomethicone, iso-octyl palmitate, polyoxyethylene 21 stearyl ether and a glyceryl polymethacrylate/propanediol/PVM/MA copolymer, and heating an obtained mixture to 80 DEG C; and (4) uniformly mixing mixtures obtained from steps (2) and (3), adding proper amounts of a preservative and essence, uniformly stirring all materials, and conducting cooling to room temperature, so that the whitening toner is obtained.
