Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of food and discloses frog skin refined polysaccharide non-uniform in composition as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The preparationmethod comprises the following steps: (1) carrying out reflux extraction on frog skin in distilled water, carrying out decoloration treatment, precipitating, centrifuging, collecting precipitates anddrying, so that frog skin crude polysaccharide is obtained; (2) preparing the frog skin crude polysaccharide into a polysaccharide solution, transferring into a chromatographic column filled with pretreated DEAE-52 resin, sequentially eluting with 0-0.2mol / L NaCl solution and 0.3mol / L NaCl solution, collecting eluate of the 0.3mol / L NaCl solution, detecting the eluate, determining absorbance at the wavelength of 490nm, drawing a curve, and mixing eluate in the same absorption peak; and concentrating, and drying, so that the refined polysaccharide is obtained. The frog skin refined polysaccharide disclosed by the invention has antioxidant, anti-tumor and immunological enhancement activities, is low in dosage and also has relatively low toxic and side effects at the same dosage.
