[0023] The preparation of benzohydrazine derivative P (see figure 1 ): Put 1mmol of ethyl o-hydroxybenzoate and 5mmol of hydrazine hydrate in 30ml of absolute ethanol, heat and reflux at 75-80°C for 4h, cool to room temperature, precipitate the solid and filter, wash the solid with absolute ethanol, and dry the obtained intermediate The bulk compound was used directly in the next step. The intermediate is reacted with o-hydroxynaphthaldehyde at a molar ratio of 1:1-1.2 in absolute ethanol at 75-80°C for 4 hours, and after cooling, the precipitated solid is suction-filtered, washed successively with a large amount of water and absolute ethanol, and dried to obtain Pale yellow solid pure product P, yield 85% (see figure 2 and image 3 ).
