The acetic acid mixed liquid is made by mixing ofglacial acetic acid and an SCA chelating agent in a mass ratio of 4:1. The acetic acid mixed liquid has advantages that by adding of the SCA chelating agent into glacial acetic acid, a freezing pointof acetic acid can be lowered; the freezing point of the obtained acetic acid mixed liquid is lowered to -16 DEG C or below; the acetic acid mixed liquid can be prepared when an environment temperature is higher than 16.6 DEG C and keeps a liquid state all through the year in most regions, and the acetic acid mixed liquid is added for preparing the retarded acidizing fluid due to liquidity in use, so that convenience in use is achieved; in addition, introduction of other impurities into an acidizing fluid system is avoided, so that contamination of the retarded acidizing fluid is avoided; inonsite construction, safety risks caused by onsite heating for melting glacial acetic acid are avoided, and production cost reduction and suitableness for popularization and application are realized.
