The method comprises the following steps: mixing 180 parts by weight of gelatin, 120-140 parts by weight of a soybean phospholipid, 140-160 parts by weight of vegetable oil, 40-60 parts by weight of soybean meal powder and 60-70 parts by weight of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, and performing ultrasonic dispersion for 50-60 minutes to obtain a mixture; performing extrusion on the obtained mixture to obtain chemical fertilizer particles, performing sieving with a 4-mesh sieve to obtain coarse particles of the chemical fertilizer, and drying the obtained coarse particles in a dryer to obtain dried coarse particles of the chemical fertilizer; performing sieving with a 5-mesh sieve to obtain fine particles;selecting osmotic acrylic resin as a film coating material, crushing the osmotic acrylic resin, enabling the material to be in a molten state in a high-temperature furnace, and introducing oxygen for30 minutes by using an oxygen generator to make the material in an oxygen saturation state; and respectively filling a film core and a film coating position of a soft film coating machine with the obtained fine particles and the obtained coating film, and performing operation to obtain the chemical fertilizer.
