The method disclosed by the invention is characterized in that an electric power system wiring diagram is drawn according to engineering practice, electric power model creationbased on CIM is carried out, voltage measurement of a bus section, analog quantity measurement of a switch and measurement of remote communication data such as state of the switch are created according to the engineering practice, and measurement of analog quantities such as power and current of the switch is mapped to equipment such as a circuit, a transformer winding, a load, a generator, a capacitor and an electric reactor which are connected with the switch.
