The separation and recovery system comprises a mixing barrel, a settlingtank, an evaporation tank, a condensing tower, a solvent tank, a crude oil tank and a sand storage barrel; a separation raw material is obtained by mixing carbonized silica fume and mineral oil in themixing barrel; the separation raw material is sent into the leaching settling tank; a leaching solvent in the solvent tank is sent into the settling tank and is mixed with the separation raw materials; after the carbonized silica fume is precipitated, the mixing liquor on the carbonized silica fume precipitate in the leaching settling tank is pumped out and pumped into the evaporation tank; the solvent is evaporated in the evaporation tank; then the obtained steam is condensed in the condensing tower and conveyed into the solvent tank for storing the solvent; after the solvent in the evaporation tank is completely evaporated, the remained mineral oil is conveyed in the crude oil tank for storage; and the carbonized silica fume in the leaching settling tank is completely precipitated and separated, and then conveyed into the sand storage barrel for storage.
