Abstract

The sensors are arranged on a grinding spindle and usedfor detecting the position of the grinding spindle; the PLC is used for generating a driving control pulse according to signals of the sensors and a received control signal; the stepping motor driveris used for controlling a stepping motor to operate so as to drive a grinding cutter to move transversely according to the driving control pulse; the spindle motor frequency converter is used for controlling a spindle motor to operate so as to drive the grinding cutter to rotate according to a received start-stop signal; and the auxiliary power source is used for being connected with an external alternate current power source for supplying power to the spindle motor frequency converter and the PLC and used for converting the alternate current power source which is connected externally into a 24V direct current power source for supplying power to the stepping motor driver.
