The method comprises the steps as follows: a roof rainwater collecting system and a ground runoff rainwater collecting system are used for collecting rainwater into a buried reservoir; a rainwater monitoring sensor is mounted on a roof and a water level sensor is mounted in the buried reservoir; the buried reservoir is communicated with a sedimentation tank, and sedimentation is realized through fiber reinforced plastic grids and high-speed sand filtration in the sedimentation tank; polymeric aluminum chloride and polyacrylamide are added to the sedimentation tank for coagulation; primarily filtered water is delivered into a restroom of a building through a domestic water delivery pipe to flush a toilet; secondarily filtered water flows into a fish pond through a pipeline for fish culture; water discharged from the fish pond is used for irrigating planted plants through a water distribution pipe; the pipeline is connected with a plant planting area, biological filtration is performed on water obtained after irrigation, and the filtered water flows back to the fish pond through a pipeline.
