Abstract

The method includes separating paper and filter tips in cigarette ends, soaking and washing the cigarette ends, carrying out air drying on the cigarette ends, and then grinding and sieving the cigarette ends to obtain qualified raw materials; carrying out alkaline hydrolytic treatment on the qualified raw materials and then selectively oxidizing celluloses by the aid of periodate to obtain cellulose dialdehyde derivatives; carrying out cationic etherification modification on the cellulose dialdehyde derivatives and acethydrazide trimethyl ammonium chloride, precipitating products by the aid of isopropyl alcohol, centrifugally separating the products, washing the products and carrying out cold drying on the products to obtain water-soluble high-cationization cellulose ether.
