Abstract

The portable amylose tester is packaged with a plastic shell, and comprises an infrared laser light source, an optical fiber probe sampler, a photoelectric detection device, an analog-digital conversion device, a core microcontroller, a key module, a liquid crystal display module and a charging module; wherein the infrared laser light source is used for emitting infrared light which penetrates through a solution to be tested through the optical fiber probe sampler in order to acquire a optical signal transmitted by the solution to be tested; the optical signal is output to the photoelectric detection device to be converted into an electric signal; the electric signal is output to the analog-digital conversion device to be converted into a digital signal which is transmitted to the core microcontroller to calculate the amylose content of the solution to be tested; the acquired data can be exported to an upper computer with an Android mobile phone data line through a USB (Universal Serial Bus) interface in the form of an Excel report; the charging module is charged with a charger and a data line being compatible with most of the Android mobile phones.
