Abstract

The invention discloses a production process for a high-strength corrugated paperboard. The production process comprises the following steps: selecting raw materials; crushing the raw materials so asto prepare a raw paper pulp; adding a reinforcing agent into the raw paper pulp; preparing raw paper through a papermaking machine; subjecting the raw paper to heat treatment; subjecting the surface of the raw paper to sizing treatment; compounding the raw paper through a corrugating machine so as to prepare a corrugated paperboard; and carrying out drying and cooling treatment so as to obtain thehigh-strength corrugated paperboard. The corrugated paperboard prepared by using the corrugated paperboard production process provided by the invention has high strength and long service life, meetsuse requirements, has reasonable process design, low material consumption and low production cost, and can be extensively applied to the field of production of corrugated paper packing boxes.
