Embodiment Construction

[0014] In order to enable those skilled in the art to better understand the technical solutions of the present invention, the present invention will be further described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.

[0015] The structure of the pharmaceutical packaging material is PET12 / AL7 / PE45, and the testing condition is 25℃63%RH.

[0016] figure 1 It shows a polyethylene film for pharmaceutical high-speed packaging, including an outer layer 1, a middle layer 2 and an inner layer 3 that are sequentially pasted. The composition and material ratio (by weight percentage) of each layer are as follows. The outer layer 1: poly Ethylene (0220AA) 75-85%, polyethylene (2420H) 15-25%; middle layer 2: polyethylene (7042) 55-65%, polyethylene (SP1520H) 15-25%, polyethylene (2426H) 15-25% %; inner layer 3: polyethylene (1002KW) 5-15%, polyethylene (SP1520H) 35-45%, polyethylene (SP0510H) 30-40%, polyethylene (2426H) 10-20%. The layer thickne...

Abstract

The invention relates to the field of pharmaceutical packaging materials, in particular to a polyethylene film for high-speed pharmaceutical packaging. The polyethylene film comprises an outer layer,an intermediate layer and an inner layer which are sequentially laminated, wherein the outer layer is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 75 to 85 percent of polyethylene (0220AA) and 15 to 25 percent of polyethylene (2420H); the intermediate layer is prepared from 55 to 65 percent of polyethylene (7042), 15 to 25 percent of polyethylene (SP1520H) and 15 to 25 percent of polyethylene (2426H); the inner layer is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 5 to 15 percent of polyethylene (1002KW), 35 to 45 percent of the polyethylene (SP1520H), 30to 40 percent of polyethylene (SP0510H) and 10 to 20 percent of the polyethylene (2426H); thickness ratios of all the layers relative to total thickness of the film are as follows: the thickness ratioof the outer layer is 25 to 35 percent, the thickness ratio of the intermediate layer is 35 to 45 percent and the thickness ratio of the inner layer is 25 to 35 percent. The polyethylene film for high-speed pharmaceutical packaging, disclosed by the invention, has the advantages of lower sealing temperature and better heat-sealing strength; the compounding temperature of the film is reduced, andthe deterioration of the medicine under high temperature condition is avoided, so that an pharmaceutical effect is protected; the packing speed is accelerated and the cost of the whole process is reduced.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of pharmaceutical packaging materials, in particular to a polyethylene film for pharmaceutical high-speed packaging. Background technique [0002] Polyethylene (PE for short) is a thermoplastic resin obtained by polymerization of ethylene. In industry, it also includes copolymers of ethylene and a small amount of α-olefins. Polyethylene is odorless, non-toxic, feels like wax, has excellent low temperature resistance (the lowest operating temperature can reach -100 ~ -70 ° C), good chemical stability, and can withstand most acid and alkali erosion (not resistant to oxidation properties) acid). Insoluble in common solvents at room temperature, low water absorption, excellent electrical insulation. [0003] Existing polyethylene films require higher temperatures to achieve a certain heat-sealing strength, and drugs will deteriorate under high temperature conditions, affecting drug efficacy, and the packaging speed of ...
