The base material is any one or more selected from pure acrylic emulsion, ethylene-polyvinylacetate emulsion, vinyl acetate-acrylic emulsion and styrene-acrylic emulsion; the filler includes at least any three selected from lithopone, ultrafine talcum powder, ultrafine heavy calcium, attapulgite, titanium dioxide, wollastonite powder, kaolin and nano ZnO; the additive is composed of a suspending agent, a dispersant, a film-forming additive, a thickening agent, a defoamer, a flatting agent, a pH regulator and a preservative. The negative ion functional internal wall coating has simple process and allows adjustment on the quantity of negative ions according to individual requirement and decoration area.
