Abstract

The method comprises the following steps: crushing guava pulp and pulping, filtering under reduced pressure, concentrating under reducedpressure, adding a sugar source and an ammonia source to a concentrated juice, and then reacting at a temperature of 100 to 180 DEG C for 1 to 5 hours, adding 3 to 10 times volume of organic solvent,heating at a temperature 45 to 80 DEG C and performing reflux extraction for 1 to 4h; carrying out primary and secondary molecular distillation on an extract under certain conditions to obtain the distilled light phase, namely, the guava essence.
