Problems solved by technology

[0004] The main purpose of the present invention is to propose a projection laser heating system, which aims to solve the problem that the existing DLP technology can only use low power output in the 3D printing system and cannot realize the heating treatment of materials, and at the same time solve the problem that the current laser beam In the 3D printing system, only point-line scanning heating can be performed, but the problem of simultaneous heating of the two-dimensional plane of the material cannot be realized

Abstract

The invention discloses a projection type laser heating system and a 3D printer. The projection type laser heating system comprises an infrared laser, a laser power adjustment device, a beam splittergroup, not less than two projection assemblies and a workbench; the workbench is provided with a preheating device and is used for laying a powder material; the laser power adjustment device comprisesa first rotating clamping assembly, a power meter, a first half-wave plate, a polarization beam splitter mirror and a beam expander group; the first half-wave plate, the polarization beam splitter mirror and the beam expander group are sequentially distributed in the same direction; the first half-wave plate is arranged on the first rotating clamping assembly; the not less than two projection assemblies are arranged at the exit direction of the beam splitter group; and each projection assembly comprises a DMD chip. The projection type laser heating system further comprises a control system; and the control system controls the first rotating clamping assembly and the DMD chips, and independently controls the projection shape and direction of each DMD chip, so that the shapes of the DMD chips projected to the workbench are the same and are coincident. With the adoption of the technical scheme, projection type laser heating can be realized in 3D printing.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of 3D printing, in particular to a projection laser heating system and a 3D printer. Background technique [0002] Since Theodore Maiman of the Hughes Laboratory in California, USA realized the first laser in 1960, due to the characteristics of the laser itself, it has developed rapidly in many fields. It took only 30 years for the laser to be used in the manufacturing industry in 1990. time. The introduction of laser has brought new life to the manufacturing industry. The high-precision processing problems that are difficult to deal with in traditional manufacturing can be perfectly solved by laser. [0003] The development of 3D printing technology since the development of the first commercial 3D printing machine by American scientist Charles Hull in 1986 has brought a new direction to the manufacturing industry. With the development in recent years, more and more products can be printed by 3D. 3D printing is invo...
