Abstract

The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing magnetic powder: preparing a magnetic material into the magnetic powder with the grain diameter of less than 800 meshes; mixing: uniformly mixing the magnetic powder and a high molecular material to prepare a magnetic mixed material, wherein the mass ratio of the magnetic powder to a high molecular mixture is 1 to (4 to 5); hotly pressing and molding: after carrying out hot pressing and curing on the magnetic mixed material, preparing the magnetic composite material, wherein the pressure is 2 to 20MPa and the temperature is 80 to 300 DEG C. According to the technical scheme, the magnetic powder and the high molecular material are mixed and the magnetic composite material is prepared by adopting a hot pressing method; the prepared magnetic composite material is a soft material and can be widely applied to the fields including a magnetic for a direct-current mini-type motor, a pneumatic element magnetic ring, an automobile instrument magnetic ring, a decoration vibration-absorption magnetic ring and the like.
