The biogas generation device is mainly composed of a biogas tank, a rotary biogas generator, a front isolation wall, a spiral slurry extractor, a rear isolation wall, a motor, a driving conical gear, a driven conical gear, a spiral feeder, a sealing clamp, a mud pump or a spiral mud extractor, acentrifugal spin-drying machine and a heating pipe. The coal straw gasifying device is structurally characterized in that a furnace comprises a shell, a rotary kiln, an interlayer rotary net and an inner-layer rotary net sequentially from outside to inside, and coal is sent into an interlayer of the rotary kiln and the interlayer rotary net. Straw is sent into an interlayer of the interlayer rotary net and the inner-layer rotary net. A biogas burner ignites the straw which is burnt to ignite coal powder. The rotary kiln rotates, and water vapor and high-temperature coal in the rotary kiln arein chemical reaction to generate coal gas.
