Abstract

The transverse and longitudinal difference matrix operation is modeled as convolution operation for enhancing the operation speed of image restoration. Two-dimensional fast Fourier transform is ingeniously applied to the problem of image restoration through combination of the periodic boundary condition, and the dot product operation in the frequency domain is utilized to replace the large matrix operation in the space domain so as to enhance the operation efficiency.
