Problems solved by technology

On the other hand, the reflection of light also plagues people's lives. For example, the reflection of mobile phone screens and glass curtain walls causes serious light pollution. Therefore, reducing the reflectivity of the above surfaces while ensuring high transparency is also a problem we are currently facing. big challenge

Embodiment Construction

[0032] Below in conjunction with an embodiment the present invention will be further described:

[0033] 1. Take a piece of the forewing of a female Papilio japonica specimen, soak it in ether solution for 10 minutes, take it out, soak it in an ethanol solution with a volume concentration of 75% for 10 minutes, and then rinse it with deionized water for 3 minutes. A sample with a size of 2 × 1 cm was cut from the butterfly forewing with a scalpel. The structure of the wing scales is as figure 1 shown),

[0034] 2. Take two glass substrates with a size of 77×25×1 mm and wash them with ethanol with a volume concentration of 75% for 2 minutes.

[0035] 3. Clamp the butterfly forewing sample between two glass substrates, and fix the two ends with paper clips to obtain the butterfly forewing sample loading carrier.

[0036] 4. Use a measuring cylinder to measure 21.6 mL of tetraethyl orthosilicate and 7.2 mL of concentrated hydrochloric acid, put them in a 50 mL beaker, then use...

Abstract

The invention, which belongs to the technical field of functional materials, discloses a bionic anti-reflection optical film based on the light trapping characteristic of a butterfly scale, and a preparation method and application thereof. On the basis of the light trapping characteristic of the butterfly scale, a silicon-dioxide-based bionic anti-reflection optical film material having a nanoscale grating structure is prepared by using a piece of transparent glass s a substrate and employing a method of combination of a sol-gel method with selective corrosion. The prepared grating structure is formed by a series of parallel ridges; and slant comb-like structures are distributed on the ridges. Because of the grating structure built on the glass substrate, when light irradiates the surfaceof the bionic anti-reflection optical film material, the interference occurs between incident light and light entering the grating structure is refracted and reflected by multiple times inside the structure, so that an objective of reducing reflection on the material surface is achieved. According to the invention, a design and a novel way for preparing an anti-reflection film material are provided. The preparation process is simple; the cost is low; and the energy-saving and environmental protection effects are good.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of functional materials, and in particular relates to a preparation method and application of a bionic optical film material with light-trapping properties. The prepared bionic anti-reflection optical film has simple preparation process, low cost, energy saving and environmental protection. Background technique [0002] At present, in the world's energy structure system, fossil energy is still the main source of energy for human beings. However, with the increasingly serious energy crisis and the aggravation of pollution caused by the massive exploitation and utilization of fossil energy, it has become a historical necessity to replace fossil energy with new energy. Therefore, human beings need to plan ahead and seek new and environmentally friendly alternative energy sources as soon as possible. As an ideal renewable energy source, solar energy is one of the most ideal alternative energy sources at this s...
