Under the preset hot pressing temperature and the preset pressing pressure, the solid state electrolyte membrane is converted from solid phase into liquid phase, so that the interface resistance between the solid state electrolyte membrane and the electrode active material is reduced preferably, and the conductivity of conductive ions between the solid state electrolyte membrane and the electrode active material is improved.
