Abstract

The invention relates to a resin permeated silicate composite material. The composite material is formed through a curing reaction between resin and glass phase silicate components in the presence ofa curing agent, wherein the resin comprises bisphenol A diglycidyl methacrylate and tetraglycol dimethacrylate. The invention further relates to a preparation method of the resin permeated silicate composite material. The method comprises the following steps: preparing a porous ceramic block body by controlling the sintering temperature and the heat preservation time, then enabling the resin to permeate into the porous ceramic block body under the vacuum capillary action, and forming a silicate / resin dual-network structure through curing. The composite material has relatively high mechanical property and aesthetic property, and has huge developing potential and wide market prospects in terms of dental repair application.
