Abstract

The invention provides a full-bio-based composite material based on bio-based benzoxazines and plant fibers, and a preparation method thereof. Raw materials for synthesizing three benzoxazines D-Bz, S-Bz and F-Bz for a matrix resin used in the invention are dehydroabietylamine, furfuryl amine, octadecylamine and eugenol which are fully-biological raw materials. Reinforcing fibers used in ht einvention are plant fibers. A D-Bz / plant fiber composite material has large brittleness and poor mechanical properties, and traditional methods adopts many techniques to improve like large-brittleness systems, but most uses petroleum industry-based resins to perform modification. The full-bio-based resins S-Bz and F-Bz are used in the invention to modify the D-Bz / plant fiber composite material system,and resins and the proportions thereof are preferably selected to achieve the same effect by modifying with the petroleum industry-based resins.
