The PP cleaning reagent is prepared from components in percentage by mass as follows: 2%-10% of potassium hydroxide, 2%-10% of sodium cumenesulfonate, 2%-10% of polyethylene glycol 600, 2%-10% of APG (alkyl polyglucoside), 2%-10% of water glass, 1%-2% of a pH regulator, 1%-2% of a defoaming agent and the balance of water. Potassium hydroxide, sodium cumenesulfonate and water glass are added to deionized water and are mixed and stirred; the pH regulator is added to regulate pH value of a mixed solution; the mixed solution is pumped into a storage cylinder for aging, and a colorless and transparent viscous liquid is obtained; the colorless and transparent viscous liquid is subjected to high-speeddispersing and precipitation, and a supernatant is taken; 2-5 times water is added to the supernatant, APG is added, filling is performed, and the cleaning reagent is obtained.
