cutting fluid. The environment-friendly
cutting fluid is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 2-4 parts of trisnonylphenyl
phosphate, 1-2 parts of sea buckthron oil, 0.6-1 part of
polyaspartic acid, 2-3 parts of trimellitate, 0.6-1 part of
epoxy boll butyl oleate, 2-3 parts of dioctyl
sodium sulphosuccinate, 2-3 parts of
polyethylene glycol, 3-4 parts of
fumed silica, 0.7-1 part of
sodium cumenesulfonate, 0.1-0.3 part of N-methyldioctylamine, 0.8-1 part of
ammonium polyphosphate, 0.5-1 part of polybenzimidazole, 70-80 parts of deionized water, 6-7 parts of a
rare earth functional additive, 3-5 parts of
acetylated lanolin and 0.7-2 parts of
triethanolamine oleic
soap. The
rare earth functional additive is added into the environment-friendly
cutting fluid; alkenyl succinate and
wool fat are firstly mixed and modified with
polyethylene glycol 4000, so that the stable antirust effect can be exerted; the added
nano silicon dioxide can exert a certain
lubrication function, so that the
cutting force, the friction and the
power consumption can be reduced;
lanthanum sulfate has certain
corrosion resistance and can also be used for improving the anti-
rust slow-release effect; the additive is high in oleophilic and hydrophilic performance and high in
emulsion dispersion performance, so that the
corrosion resistance, the
lubrication performance, the anti-
rust performance and the stability of the finished
cutting fluid can be effectively improved.
