The invention provides a combined inhibitor for flotation separation of
copper-
zinc sulfide ore and application of the combined inhibitor. The combined inhibitor comprises
sodium tartrate and
zinc sulfate. According to the application of the combined inhibitor for flotation separation of the
copper-
zinc sulfide ore in flotation separation of the
copper-
zinc sulfide ore, the application comprises the following steps that firstly, after a copper-
zinc sulfide ore sample is crushed and ground, pulp mixing is conducted, and copper-
zinc sulfide ore pulp is obtained; secondly, a pH
regulator, a combined inhibitor, a roughing collecting agent and a
foaming agent are sequentially added into the copper-zinc
sulfide ore pulp in the first step, and roughing copper concentrate and roughing zinc concentrate are obtained; and thirdly, a combined inhibitor is added into the roughed copper concentrate obtained in the second step for first-time concentration, then the combined inhibitor is added for second-time concentration, and final copper concentrate is obtained. According to the method, the content of zinc in the copper concentrate is greatly reduced while the copper
recovery rate is guaranteed, and the
recovery rate of copper and zinc resources is effectively increased. Compared with a single zinc
sulfate inhibitor or a
sodium tartrate inhibitor, the copper-zinc separation efficiency is high, and the dosage of the combined inhibitor is greatly reduced.
