4 results about "Sodium tartrate" patented technology

Sodium tartrate (Na₂C₄H₄O₆) is used as an emulsifier and a binding agent in food products such as jellies, margarine, and sausage casings. As a food additive, it is known by the E number E335. Because its crystal structure captures a very precise amount of water, it is also a common primary standard for Karl Fischer titration, a common technique to assay water content.

A staining kit and its application in sperm morphology detection

PendingCN122282432AProtein structureParaformaldehyde
This invention proposes a sperm staining kit based on a sequential staining strategy of tail pre-staining – rapid differentiation – enhanced nuclear staining. A gentle fixation with 4% paraformaldehyde and acetate buffer preserves the complete nucleic acid of the sperm head and the protein structure of the tail. The addition of PVP K30 and Tween-20 effectively inhibits non-specific adsorption and reduces staining background interference. Brilliant Green SF combined with sodium tartrate is used for specific staining of the sperm tail, followed by rapid differentiation to wash away non-specific staining. Nuclear staining is performed using toluidine blue O combined with sodium chloride and sodium tetraborate hydrate, specifically binding to DNA and enhancing color development stability, resulting in a blue sperm head and a light green tail with clear color contrast. This invention produces a clean staining background, accurately distinguishing the morphology of the sperm head, acrosome, and tail, significantly improving the accuracy of microscopic identification of abnormal sperm such as large-headed, small-headed, curled-tailed, broken-tailed, and short-tailed sperm. It is suitable for detecting sperm morphology and abnormality rates in breeding males.

Non-woven fabric with both flame retardant and anti-aging properties and preparation method thereof

This invention relates to the field of functional textile materials technology, specifically disclosing a nonwoven fabric with both flame-retardant and anti-aging properties and its preparation method. A functional filler is filled into the porous structure of the nonwoven fabric; the functional filler is a magnesium-aluminum double hydroxide with a flower-like structure, and its surface is loaded with nanoparticles of tin-doped cerium dioxide. A high specific surface area magnesium-aluminum double hydroxide is prepared by a hydrothermal method using urea and sodium tartrate in synergistic regulation; further, tin-doped cerium dioxide nanoparticles are grown in situ on its surface by a hydrothermal method, forming a unique "flower-particle" composite structure. The layered magnesium-aluminum double hydroxide exhibits excellent flame-retardant and smoke-suppressing effects, while the tin-doped cerium dioxide efficiently absorbs ultraviolet light, significantly improving anti-aging properties. The synergy of these two components endows the nonwoven fabric with excellent and long-lasting flame-retardant and UV-aging-resistant properties, making it suitable for high-end applications such as special protection, outdoor sunshade, and construction.

Preparation method and application of modified layered double hydroxide

PendingCN122355324ASlurryMetallic substrate
This invention provides a method for preparing and applying a modified layered bimetallic hydroxide. The preparation method includes the following steps: Step 1, preparing a mixed solution of Ca(NO3)2 and Al(NO3)2, labeled as solution A, and preparing a mixed solution of NaNO3 and NaOH, labeled as solution B; Step 2, adding solution A dropwise to solution B to obtain a mixed slurry; Step 3, hydrothermal reaction; Step 4, cooling, centrifuging, washing, and drying for later use; Step 5, preparing a sodium tartrate solution and adjusting the pH; Step 6, mixing the solid sample obtained in Step 4 and the solution obtained in Step 5, and stirring; Step 7, centrifuging, washing, and drying. This invention enables the embedding of environmentally friendly tartrate ions into a calcium-aluminum layered bimetallic hydroxide. Chloride ions in a corrosive environment can enter the interlayer of the layered bimetallic hydroxide to reduce the concentration of free chloride ions in the system. Simultaneously, tartrate ions are released from the interlayer, forming an adsorption film on the surface of the metal substrate.
