Abstract

The invention relates to the field of prevention and control of plant diseases, and in particular to application of reserpine as a fungicidal synergist to prevention and control of plant grey mould. Specifically, the fungicidal synergist is applied along with methoxyacrylate fungicide, nicotinamide fungicide, benzimidazole fungicide, triazole fungicide, anilinopyrimidine fungicide, imide fungicide, pyrrole fungicide or substituted aniline fungicide in the prevention and control of the grey mould. Reserpine has a synergistic effect on the fungicide, and when being mixed with the fungicide for use, reserpine can improve the toxicity of the fungicide, improve the sensitivity of resistant strains to the fungicide, improve the prevention and control effect of the fungicide on the grey mould already with resistance in fields and reduce the dosage of the fungicide, thus providing a novel method for the development and application of novel preparations of conventional fungicides. Moreover, reserpine is a natural plant extract, and therefore is environment-friendly. The invention provides new application of such chemicals, the chemicals can be used for preventing and controlling diseases inthe field of agriculture, and a new approach is provided for the control of grey mould resistance in fields.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of plant disease control, in particular to the application of reserpine as a bactericidal synergist in the control of botrytis cinerea. Background technique [0002] Botrytis cinerea infection caused by Botrytis cinerea can cause harm to more than 200 kinds of economic crops and ornamental plants. Resistance to this disease is widespread. In the past few decades, Botrytis cinerea has been resistant to commonly used chemical fungicides such as succinate dehydrogenase inhibitors, mitochondrial respiration inhibitors, tubulin inhibitors, ergosterol synthesis inhibitors Both methionine biosynthesis inhibitors and methionine biosynthesis inhibitors produced different degrees of drug resistance, which made the commonly used pesticides fail to control Botrytis cinerea in some areas. Botrytis cinerea can be monitored in fields in many areas to simultaneously develop resistance to multiple types of agents with different mecha...
