According to the invention, microstructural features of a lotus leaf and an insect wing surface are used for reference, superhydrophobic performance is achieved by subjecting a micro-nano material to low surface energy treatment, and a binding material with good weather resistance is adopted to prepare the novel anti-icing coating. Firstly, nano-titanium dioxide is treated with stearic acid and ethyl alcohol for low surface energy structural recombination, so as to prepare modified nanocomposite particles with super-hydrophobicity; then, propylene oxide and hydroxy silicone oil are reacted with toluene diisocyanateto obtain moisture-curing type polyurethane; and finally, the composite particles and the moisture-curing type polyurethane are prepared into the novel anti-icing coating. The novel road super-hydrophobic anti-icing coating provided by the invention is capable of delaying the nucleation of ice crystals in the early stage of icing, inhibiting the growth of the ice crystals in the middle stage of icing, and enabling ice and snow to be removed easily in the later stage of icing.
